Shipping Policy

  1. We ship worldwide via Singapore Post Registered Mail.

  2. There will be a flat rate shipping fee of S$3.00 (Within Singapore), S$5.00 (Outside Singapore) including both handling and packaging.

  3. Under normal circumstances, we will post your article within 1-3 working days. However, we may delay it due to large order volumes. In such case, we will post your order as soon as possible.

  4. Tracking number will be provided upon request.

  5. To save the environment, we will use recycled materials for most of our packaging.

  6. It is your responsibility to inform us, if you have not received your order after more than 7 working days (within Singapore) or 18 working days (outside Singapore). We will help lodging an inquiry with Singapore Post. For missing articles, the maximum of S$68.00 will be refunded after the completion of its investigation.

  7. S$5.00 will be charged to re-send any unclaimed articles which are returned to us.
